Is there any other differences between these motherboards than serial ata?

I had ordered 8rda3+, but for some reason they had diffyculties to get that board, so I changed to 8rda+ rev 2.1 which i will receive in a couple of days.

Some differences:

8RDA+ has the nVidia Audio while 8RDA3+ does not.

8RDA+ has one LAN while 8RDA3+ has two LANs.

Both are excellent for overclocking. As far as user experience in this area (8RDA+ vs 8RDA3+ in overclocking), you may find some threads related to this at AOA Forums. A lot of Epox motherboard users there.

How much can I expect to overclock this system?
With Barton 2500+, 512 mb TwinMOS, Aircooling (stock) and 3 case fan.

I'd guess 2.15GHz+. But, it would probably be better to ask the overclocking experts that hang out in the CPU->Overclocking forum.

Well I Don't know on the board you mentioned.

I've built at least a dozen 2500's on A7N8X- all versions & I've yet to see one not hit 2800 right out of the box.

I go in turn the multiplier up to 12.5 & boot & load the OS. Normal temps I've had on stock cooling with 3 case fans ran in Smart Fan arrangement on Antec True Powers is 38c to 42c. That's without OCing the FSB. I'm using Hyper X 3200
