dual NIC amd motherboard

I have now spent about 3 hours looking around the web for a dual nic motherboard with onboard video and a horizontal audio riser if it has audio at all. I am looking for this board to go into a 1U case and because of that the vertical audio riser causes height problems. I know that putting an amd chip in a 1U case can be a bad idea when it comes to getting good cooling through there. As for specs that I am looking for. 2 NICs 10/100 onboard video(crappy or good) preferably no sound but if it has sound it has to be a horizontal sound plane to work, and be compatible with AMD XP processors.

Does anyone have any suggestions? I have checked out Asus, Abit, and Tyan. All of their dual nic boards that I could find had the vertical audio riser or were dual CPU as well.
