Hi,
So I've been having trouble installing Batman: Arkham Asylum. Pop in the disk and click install. InstallShield Wizard loads up to about 90-95% then I get this error;

Error Code: -5006 : 0x80070005
Error Information:
>SetupNew\setup.cpp (615)
PAPP:Batman: Arkham Asylum
PVENDOR:Eidos Interactive Limited (http://www.Eidos.com)

I've been looking around and can't seem to find a definite answer to my problem. So I figured I'd give it a go and ask here. Any ideas.

I know this is super old, but I thought I'd post here anyway for anyone stumbling across this (like I did). I had the same issue and wound up finally getting the installer to run (under Win 7 x64) by running the setup.exe (E:\BATMANAA\INT\setup.exe) in Windows 95 compatibility mode. When the install neared completion, a message was displayed about it needing to do some sort of additional setup, and then I got a bunch of error messages about the installer not being able to find vcredist_x86, AMD_DCOptSetup.exe and a few other programs that are in the root folder of the installation disk, so I ran them manually. Game works fine now.
