I recently built the following rig.
Intel 2.4 C
AbitIS7
Kingston HyperX40002/512 (DDR 500Mhz.)
Antec truepower 380W
NVIDIA bloody monster 64ddr (440MX)
Problem is when ever I try to boot at 250FSB NBSTRAP 800 1:1
the system either shows a blank screen, or starts to boot then re-boots,or shuts down or blank screen with longggg beeps.Using same Vcore (1.50) and Vdim 2.6V and NBSTRAP 800 5:4 system boots and is stable. Is my power supply too small? I have RMAd the memory and the new set does the same. bios is the latest release. Any thoughts?

Try relaxing the memory timings (using the highest settings, such as 8-4-4), or boosting the voltage to 2.7. I have a similar problem with my pc3200 memory. It just won't run at the stated speed on my msi mobo. Your power supply should be fine. It shouldn't affect memory performance.

Memory makers assume that if you're overclocking, you'll be willing to go the distance by upping the voltage, etc.
