Well.. without installing an english version of Windows XP, you menus and
choices are going to remain in Japanese.

Hi. I have used the Japanese version of windows since Windows 95.
Unfortunately you cannot change the help files to English.
You have to put up with it. Sorry! However most if not all English software
that you install will have English help of course. ( probably you know this)
If I need help for Windows I usually go online to the MS English help site.
At least this is my experience.
Someone else may have other solutions
Best of luck
