You probably need to purchase a special cable that has either a VGA or HDMI output. I know both exist...

since the PS2 doesnt have digital outpuit, you either need a composite>HDMI upscaler (expensive) or a TV capture card for your pc, which will alow you to decode the analogue signal with your PC and display it on your monitor.
