What's a good mobo to use with an Athlon 2700 that doesn't cost an arm and a leg? I ask because, well, my legs got chopped off, so I don't know how I'd make a payment.

Anywho, I'd be using the computer for some gaming, so it has to perform reasonably well.

The Asus A7N8X Deluxe has been a very popular choice. Runs around $120 on Newegg.

the a7n8x is one of the most expensive nforce boards!

The soltek nv400 and the epox 8rda+ are very economical and both very good boards.

If it isn't a P6 then it isn't a procesor
