Does this program exist

Hi have you seen the new program for the Dreamcast video game system called Sea man ? do you know if a similar program exists for the computer for windows ME ? any info you can give me i would apreciate

no not yet, unless, there are 2 possibilities:
1.) someone ripped it to pc, and u find an emulator
2.) someone made a pc translation.

Nope. Haven't seen anything like that. There'd have to be a PC port or someone ripped it and you need an emulator, as was already said. It's still pretty recent for any Dreamcast emulators to show up. But happy hunting.
