My Rio 500 recently gave a strange error. When using the Audio Manager, the Rio indicates that there is only 22MB out of the 64MB internal memory available, even though there is no tracks loaded into the Rio! Formating the media, re-updating the firmware, repeating the process on different machine, etc does not help.
And guess what, sending a mail to Rio yields no response as well. Some customer support...
Have anyone of you faced this problem? Any suggestion or comment is appreciated.
