I cant really find the right category for this and its a weird question, but can you challenge a warning, I got a warning for a perfectly legal lane change (just ended up doing it infront of a police officer so he wasnt happy) So I have a warning for a marked lane change (it wasnt marked when I changed lanes) and the officer admitted that. Is it even possible to challenge a warning, so its off my police record so if I get pulled over again they wont see that and be more likely to give me a ticket?

More about : challenge warning

AFAIK, the procedure would be the same as if you were fighting an actual ticket - except you have to take the municipality to court. Further, you have a "he said - he said" situation, and ties inevitably go to the police on matters like this. About the only thing you'd have going for you is the court might be amused by your challenge.

Finally, pursuing this is usually as good an idea as asking the IRS to review your past tax returns.

Haha, well i wasnt sure and normally they have the incident on camera, and the officer has a mic (i think) so they would hear that he agreed that it was legal just not a smart move. But I think its past the challenge date anyways it was like 13 days ago
