i have an external dvd-rw linked to my computer.upon putting in a dvd
with music folders on i cant open or explore the disk to see what is on
there.i get the above error message come up.any ideas on what could be
causing the problems

Its possible the the dvd disk session wasn't closed when it was created. Can you read it on any other dvd drive?
