hello has anyone got any old lga 775 parts for donation or sell for cheap as possible agp/heatsink or anything unused ,

shipping to there is not a problem, but what I have is worse than what you've got I think.

Its not too bad asking after agp kit, for most people its obsolete.

Hi :)

Actually in my shops we still sell AGP cards as all the big places dont sell them any more.... we sell quite a few...

All the best Brett :)

Beggars can't be picky choosers. Sure I always like getting free hardware no matter how old it is and would honestly be excited if a complete 486 or a 5x86 rig would show up but one lesson that you need to learn is that if you are that needy you can't afford to be rude.

Shipping isn't free especially when it is international with very few exceptions. As for agp it isn't totally useless even now but I guess that few do retro gaming or use some machines for just work.

HAHA asks for donations and then wants better gear. If yout cant afford a PC dont beg for parts. Its unbecoming and especially when offered parts you say you want better. Heres a few tips:

1. www.mcdonalds.com and fill out an app, if that doesnt work where you are find the country equivalent.
2. Get said job and save your duckets.
3. Purchase new gear and quit being a beggar.

It's actually asking for quite a bit old AGP cards can get surprising prices on E-bay you just need 2 bidders wanting to repair some old system. Legacy parts ALWAYS sell here in the UK people get them cheap as they can (or salvage them) build with them then sell the machines at a profit in some of the less well off eastern european/balkan countries.

775 parts are still perfectly usable and well worth selling, why would people just give it away? I see a good deal of them going for lowball Crunchers and folders.

Be careful in how you phrase requests or you'll get the "Go get a job" flamers every time.
