I use VPN and I have no problem with connection but web pages are not loaded. Do you have such experience?

Yep, if you VPN into a company network they probably use a proxy server which you need to add into the I.E. options. Once you are connected to VPN you need to use that configuration as you are technically no longer on your local network.
