Motherboard Advice Needed

I'm attempting to build a computer and was hoping for some input from the community on which motherboard to choose. I've seen advice that would lead me to a Epox 8RDA+, problem is they are hard to find. So, any advice about other mb's? Keeping in mind that I'm hoping to get the card for around $80 or less and, due to a limited budget, the memory will need to be single channel. CPU will be AMD 2500XP. In advance, thanks for any input from you all.
