What HSF to use with my setup? (tight fit)

I bought some parts to quiet my system (P4 3ghz, Abit Ic7)

I installed a Zalman VGA heatpipe & fan as well as a Thermalright SP92 with a Low Speed Panaflow 92mm fan.

I bought, but didn't install a Zalman NB Heatsink because it used screws to install and the IC7 uses retention clips (oops)

So... I have this rather large CPU heatsink and a rather large VGA heatsink both crowding my NB... What are my options for a QUIET NB cooler?

If you wanted quiet why didnt you go water cooling, cant get much quiter than that. I had at one point 11 fans going in my system: PSUx2, CPU, VGA, NB, 4 Case, 2 HD. Said forget this and put in a water cooling system and now only have 4 fans.

Well I didn't have the money for a good one for 1. I've read that the lower end ones aren't any good.
Also, I've never installed anything like that before and was still a little worried. But mainly cost.

Since I've already decided on air cooling, do you have a suggestion for a quiet NB fan that would fit my setup?
