How to use textmod patches on Games

I tried to use but game works as it normally works.No changes happened in player or character.
I downloaded textmod .Selected game exe file salected patch and started game.No changes at last.

I downloaded textmod .Selected game exe file salected patch and started game.No changes at last.

1 Start Textmod.exe

*All further actions are take within the Textmod program interface*

2 Choose target application [this normally the exe of Game that you're trying to patch]

3 Package Name - click the small folder icon - locate the HD file/s - if there is more than 1 file use 'Ctrl-a' to high light all HD files - click open.

4 Below 'Package Name' there should now be list of the HD patch files

5 Click 'Run' - The Game should start and the HD mode patch load.
