Where is the best place to sell a brand new hd6950?

I'm recieving a brand new HIS iceq 2GB hd6950 tomorrow due to rma. Im planning on selling it to get a gtx 670. Where is the best place to do this. I would sell on ebay but there are too many fees. Btw, how well will this card sell if I put a negotiable price at 349.99?

When someone can get a brand new Sapphire 6950 for $200 or an MSI twin Frozr II for $250? Not very well.
