True Intel mobo overclockability?

I used to have an Intel D845PEBT2 mobo, which was a decent board. I liked it.
However, it didn't have the option to set your FSB etc., if you wanted to o/c your CPU.

Now, my question is, are there any newer Intel (true Intel, not Intel chipset based boards from Asus, ect) which have the option to o/c your CPU?

If so, which boards exactly?

I'm asking, as I want to upgrade to something like P4 3,2GHz.

Please don't recommend other brands. I want Intel. (and if I can't get that, I'll pick MSI)

I'm not sure if new Intel boards (chipsets 865pe and 875p) let you increase your FSB but even if they do I'm sure that they don't have as good OC options as other vendors do. e.g. assync mode, locking FSB:AGP:pCI ratio, small voltege increases of Vcore and VDIMM, altering memory timings to be different than PCB...

Is 2^33634943-1 prime? (more than 10Mil digits @61.18%) I will know in 2 weeks when Prime95 finishes checking!

Go for it. Intel's 865/875 boards are overclockable through a utility they recently released, but don't offer such options as vCore adjustment, etc.
