Can i play tomb raider underworld on my pc?

hello, i am thinking of getting tomb raider underworld, but before i do, i just want to check that my pc will run it.

I have the following :

packard bell ixtreme x5620 pc
intel core 2 quad core 2.5ghz
4 gb ddr2 ram
windows 7 home premium 64
640gb hdd
nvidia 7100 integrated graphics(256mb dedicated graphics)

the spec for the game is :

I know that my graphics will not meet the recommended spec, but i should be able to play it anyway, shouldn't i?

Yes, the rest of your computer beats those req's by quite a bit. maybe think of upgrading your graphics card, or just play it on lower settings.
