Nonladder giveaways for the general public?

Is anyone planning to give away their (now) nonladder stuff to just anyone
who reads the newsgroup, or are they all planned giveaways between regulars?
I'm just wondering if there's any chance a relatively unknown lurker like
myself can get his hands on some NL loot

I don't believe stuff is given to people on the basis of how much they post,
it's simply that we know what frequent posters are after, because they post
about it, or about characters they're making. So post a list of things
you're after.

I would, but any time I do such things I always feel like a beggar. Ah
well, here goes nothing. I want to make a smiter, so I'm looking for
anything really nice for a smiter... I got a pair of drac gloves, but I
don't really have much else. An exile would be my dream, but I'm sure the
odds are about 0 that someone is just going to give such a thing away. Any
weapons/helms/boots that would benefit a smiter (specfically one who's going
to try to fight the trio) would be appreciated.
