How do you disable commander on battflefield2 singleplayer?

on battlefield 2 when i stay at one spot for some time the enemy commander always artillery me how can i stop this?

Don't join a squad or apply to be the commander. It's the only way. As soon as you join a squad or become commander for your team, the opposing team will get a commander and so will you.
