Athlon MP Processor on nForce2 or KT600

I have a Athlon MP 1.2Ghz processor. I am wondering if it will work on a mobo with a nForce2 or KT600 chipset.
Will they accept PC2100 DDR memory?

  3. what ever would i do without you...

Basically the athlon mp and standard athlon are the same processor (in fact you can convert a standard athlon to an mp if you have some balls) therefore you will have no trouble running an mp processor in a standard single cpu board. Both chipsets you listed will be able to run pc1600 2100 2700 and 3200 memories.

  4. Piii man, you must be the real deal around here. Where can I get that information about converting an xp to an mp? I have a 1700 but I'm about to get a 2500 so I thought I'd fool around with the old one.
