Mass effect 1 and 2

hi,
I just downloaded mass effect 1 and 2 off of direct2drive.com.
Turns out after downloading both titles, I cant seem to install them. I double click the setup icon and it takes a good 5 minutes for the installer to come up only for it to quit on me and tell me it cant install.

Does this sound like a corrupt copy?
i downloaded each one twice today though..

any ideas?

to add to my previous post, it seems that after the installation takes a good several minutes to load, I work my way through the installation and after a while, I agree to the terms and conditions, it kicks me out telling me the installation was canceled??

Make sure you're running the installation as Administrator
