Mass effect 2 story line

hi, just got mass effect 2, cool game..

wondering though, is there a streight story line or side mission leading up to a big story?
story line doesnt seem as cut dry as , say, crysis..

you arent kidding. Mass effect 2 is my first bioware game and im impressed..
graphics are sweet, story seems sweet and I like that I control the dialogue between shepperd and the others..

Fantastic game. I just finish my first time through. Bioware "brings it". I just hope that they don't pull a "Rockstar Games" on us.

ME2 was pretty good, played it throgh in a few days, but the ending was a little weak, walking around a almost empty ship is boring, give Divinity 2 Ego Draconis a look, it takes a long time to play a game through, well developed story and great graphics
