i just started playing americas army 3.o.6 and on average im gettin 16 to 23 ms how do i bump that up

I assume you are talking about your lag but what do you mean "bump it up"? Lag goes the lower the better, and that lag seems pretty good to me, I would love to have that low of lag, mine is 60ms.

16 to 23 MS is INCREDIBLE. I could only wish for that kind of ping in Arizona. The best I ever get is 30 to a SoCal server.

Do you mean ms (milliseconds) or fps (frames per second)?
16ms (of lag) is awesome, 16fps is crap.
