Any new MBs with AGP1

I have an Oxygen GVX420 video card that I want to move into a new computer, but it's AGP1 and there don't seem to any MBs that support this anymore. I really don't want to have to buy a new Wildcat. I would like to run as fast a CPU as possible, but it doesn't matter if it's Intel or AMD. Any suggestions?
