Short Answer: No , You wouldn't be able to even get the thing to start.

I'm sorry but the specs of your pc wouldn't even be able to start the game.
You would have to upgrade your pc to be able to play.

The long answer: why don't you look at the minimum system requirements for the game and see if you can. It's really not that hard to do, and would've taken you less time than create an account here, make a post and read a reply that says "looks up the minimum specs".

Yep, you might want to stick with GTA:SA, although you may have problems with that one too.

You can have the site do a benchmark on your PC and GPU to see if it's capable of running the game or not. It's from Futuremark who publishes the 3dMark bench marking suites so it's very safe and legit.

BTW, I think you'll be disappointed with the results, though.
