Game has stopped working even after installing crack?

hey so i torrent downloaded Tomb raider legend and the instructions about mounting etc were pretty easy and I got the crack for the game and everything and the game ran then all of a sudden the third time I launch it it doesnt even launch and windows goes straight to telling me"a problem caused the program to stop working correctly", this happens sometimes with my other games to but very rarely but now it is happening every time i launch TRL. what should i do?
