i875 question for buying

Hi, i'm about to change my MSI i845PE MoBo for a new i875 board.
I don't now what board can I buy I'm so confused.
I have a Pentium 4 2.6C (800MHz) CPU one GIga of RAM, what mobo have more performance and overclock stability?
My "wish list" is this :

1) MSI i875 neo fisr2
2) Gigabyte GA-8ik1100
3) Abit IC7-Max3

Abit IS7. Why throw your money away on more? Similar stability and performance, pleanty of features, great overclockability.

Most sites are recommending the P4C800-E Deluxe over the boards you listed, just in case you like throwing money around.
