I think that's for version 0.4.0 only (not sure).

NetStumber also uses a data payload size of 58 bytes containing a
unique string that can be used to identify the version of NetStumbler:

0.3.2 All your 802.11b are belong to us
0.3.3 " intentionally blank"
Note the leading spaces in the 0.3.3 version.
