I just set up a wireless network with a Netgear wireless router
connected to my computer that accesses the Internet (via dialup), and
another computer that has a Netgear PCI wireless card. I am having
trouble using Internet Connection sharing - it works part of the time,
and not others. I can often get it to work by unplugging the router
(from power) and plugging it back in. This must reset the DHCP or
something.

Any ideas on how to get this to work consistently?
Unplugging/replugging only works part of the time.

Thanks, Tom

When it's not working, does the router's status screen show that the
router's WAN port has an IP address, or not?

Well, right now it is working. The router has a 'status' screen, which
does not show any information at all about the WAN port. The screen
"WAN setup" has everything unchecked except "Connect automatically, as
required." I don't see anything in the setup about IP addresses for
the WAN port. Should I look somewhere else?

I'll see if anything looks different when it's not working, which
should be soon, and write back with that!

Thanks
