What is the Better Option???

I am not technically inclined but am looking to get a new computer for playing games line GTA IV, I have no interest in building my own and have narrowed it down between 2 options, but would like everyones opinion on which is a bteer system?

Computer # 1 (Looks good but would need a Graphics Card and PSU Upgrade:

So which would be better for Playing GTA IV, and with option 1 by adding the PSU and Graphics Card would I need to worry about overheating?
 
I think that option 1s GPU upgrade would be better but the HD5770 does support DX11 although there is only 1 DX11 game.

Both CPUs are the same so no difference there where GTA IV needs at least a tri core, both are quads.

TBH, either system would be great fo GTA IV.

My choice would be setup 1 cuz the HD4890 is pretty killer.
