Yep. I have a Sony 5.1 100W/channel DTS home theatre receiver, and 5.0 speakers (no sub yet). I use it for music, movies, games... it's pretty friggin' sweet.

If my baby don't love me, I know, I know, her sister will.

I used to use it for playing dvd's. I got a Creative Labs (Cambridge Soundworks) DTT2500 Dolby Digital 5.1 surround kit fed by a Dxr3 card.

Now I just use my Sony S800 DVD Player/Surround Sound combi thing. It supports Dolby Digital and DTS and has pretty neat looking speaker stands.

I still use my comp for playing my mp3 library and some DivX movies. Though most of the time I just have my headphones hooked up to it.

Well I don't really need one because I hardly watch any DVDs.
I'm happy with my SB Live! Player 1024 with Cambridge Soundworks 4-point surround set.

P75 @ 90 Mhz... because I need the speed.

I had a normal pair of sennheissers. I don't remember where I put them. A friends house probably. So I use my somewhat cheaper sony headphones. They leak sound like theres no tomorrow.

I do...in fact, I don't have a TV. I have my PC with a little 17" Trinitron Monitor (good picture for such use, not much in the power refresh dept). It's a little pIII533 with a VooDoo3-3500 for my Video In (such as my VCR and anything else I wanna plug in...), a DVD player, and 20gig HD for storage of all the videos I continuosly collect online.

So I can watch DVD, VHS, DivxDVD's, VCD, SVCD...well, you get the picture...all I need is a satellite emulator, and I'll be in heaven! I've got over 100 CD's of video and 50 of MP3's (though most of the MP3's are of my own CD collection).

Oh, and the SBLive5.1 is plugged into this blasting Aiwa (170W) ProLogic/DTS/Dolby Digital system I bought at Walmart for $235!!! The sub is pathetic...but the rest of it is more than loud enough to deafen any neighbors (so loud, I have relocated it to my buddies house and I spend my time there using it, as even on 1 of 10, the neighbors called the cops). But that's thanks to THICK walls and tweeking neighbors.

I'm not going to buy a TV until the HDTV get affordable, because my setup is enough for now...
