OEM Licensing

Does anyone here know what the microsoft requirement is, for OEM licensing in Australia? i have lost several PC's with windows XP oem Operating systems and office 2003 pro oem which motherboard, hdd and cpu were fried durring a massive power spike, am i able to reinstall those oem's or do i need to repurchase them? will microsoft allow to reactivate on the new hardware?

I don't think there is any different policy over this licensing. You should be able to activate them w/o problem. I did with my computer by using the integrated activation software in XP when I upgrade my system with new mobo, CPU, Harddisk and DVD writer (the old one only had CD burner).

Good or Bad have no meaning at all, depends on what your point of view is.
