Can i use my wireless xbox game pad with my pc

Hello,

i got an xbox 360 elite game pad and am setting a pc windows 7 os. Can i just buy a wireless adaptor for my pc or i need a usb adaptor?

you need to buy the official ms wireless adapter for pc. it cost $20 or less and works great - all 360 periphials will work with it. i got it new from amazon 2 years ago for $16, although now they have it for $38? i'm sure you can find it for msrp somewhere.
