i should be able to blow source games through the roof, when i say through the roof, 250+ fps on counterstike source!
But i dont... my fps can fall below 100 into about 80...
it seems if im on an empty server i get huge fps, but when people join it dies...
i can play games such as MW2 on high and Bad company 2 on high....
i have tried reinstalling css, gfx drivers.. i just dont know what to do 
Help pleaseeee

Only 2GB RAM hurts, especially on a non-XP OS, and the 5770 is a weak card (about 4850 performance) for its generation.

i have 50mb internet and im talking match server here. high spec most of the time hosted in london
and on css its best to have at least over 100 fps because if you fps is below 100 your tickrate also falls to your fps which equates to bad bullet reg and you may aswell be on say 80fps = 80 tickrate server
5770 may not be the best card in the world but it should still blow away an old game such as css

False. Just because someone keeps saying it doesn't mean its true. How fast the GPU can render has no bearing whatsoever on how much information a CPU can process from the server.

net_graph 3 gives you information between you and the server, packets switched, rate of them etc, when your fps falls below 100 so does you out
