Ok... ive been everywhere, I tried everything but I still cant get it to turn on =[

Here is my situation

I have a ASUS PC-DL Deluxe motherboard
dual 2.8 xeons 533fsb
1gb samsung dual-channel ddr333
pny quadro fx1100

when I turn on the computer, it gives me a long beep (about 5 seconds or so) and then it waits a few seconds and then does it again. It keeps doing this in an never ending cycle and I dont know what is wrong. I read the manual 100 times, replaced jumpers and all but I still cant fix it =[

anyone have any suggestions please -_-

the POST code you are getting is a RAM code. check your RAm chips, make sure they are seated properly. Also you could try taking one RAM chip out, and see if it works then.

Spec:
Intel P4 2.4B
MSI 645E Max-U Mobo
512MB DDR333
GF3 ti200 64MB
SB Live 5.1
WD 60GB (Storage)
Maxtor 6GB (System)
Maxtor 120GB
LG 24x24x32 CDR
WIN2K PRo SP4

From the Award BIOS Support page (http://www.phoenix.com/en/customer+services/bios/awardbios/award+error+codes.htm)

Beep Codes
The only AwardBIOS beep code indicates that a video error has occurred and the BIOS cannot initialize the video screen to display any additional information. This beep code consists of a single long beep followed by two short beeps. Any other beeps are probably a RAM (Random Access Memory) problems.
