counter strike problem

i have problem too counter strike
My ping is too high and when i play the game some time later i kicked the game
reason kicked & your ping is too high

please help me......

well there are a few reasons to this that can be easily solved...
1.your using too much bandwith (meaning theres too many things using internet at the same time...
2.your internet you purchased could be really bad as in, dial up... i recommend going to your provider and upgrading that way you can play and download things very easier...
3. more like a solution... go to speakeasy and get a speed test on your computer http://www.speakeasy.net/speedtest/ first select your city and watch the test run... you should be running atleast 5mb for download speed which is like 5000 kbs...
