somewhere on the board will be fcc id numbers or model numbers or letters, bottom of the isa slot or between the slots or on back, somewhere, jot those down, all that you find and reply to me and i should be able to tell you what it is......

What do you plan to do with this board? If you use DIMM's, you'll find that the largest SDRAM modules it supports are 16-chip 32MB DIMMs. These are very hard to find, and that single slot only gives you 32MB system RAM. It's a limitation of the chipset, so I'd toss that board.
You could of course try filling the 4 SIMM slots with 32MB EDO SIMMs, but that seems like a waste of time and money.
