It's a great cooler, you'll love it.
If it's for your 1366 build, you'll hit 4.3GHz with ease. My W3520 went to 4.8GHz with very little effort, and stayed around 85c at full load with only 1 fan.

Make sure you have the room for it though!

I have a CM haf 922 with a 200mm fan on the side but im pretty sure it would fit perfectly thank

Ah, you'll be fine then. The 922 is plenty wide.
If you don't find any on the forums, they normally go on sale on Newegg for $60-65 around Thanksgiving.
