Voltage over 12 !!!

Alright so i got this new pc like the other day. 2800+, 512 ddr 400, a7n8x-x. I install asus pc probe and every now and then i see 13.2 V flashing as a warning. NOW i know this isnt good!! im kinda freaking out here.. My pc also froze up a while ago and is running at 41 c with two fans blowing in and one blowing out

Extra voltage adds stability, as long as it doesn't go over 13.8v don't worry.

well when i have a few apps open or im playing a game, it goes to 13.2- 13.5
so this is ok?
why is my system freezing still?

13.5v is a bit high but shouldn't hurt anything, I don't know why your system is freezing. How are the rest of your voltages and temperatures?
