SiS655TX

I'm looking to upgrade my motherboard with the idea of upgrading my CPU, Video card, etc. in the next few months. I've read some reviews of the SiS655TX and it looks to be a good performing chipset (and usually well-priced). I'm trying to find the Asus P4S800D-E - it's my understanding these boards were to ship at the end of December.

Has anyone seen the P4S800D-E for sale (online) or any SiS655TX board yet?

I haven't seen them yet, have you looked at the usually places (newegg, zipzoomfly, etc)?
