no sound out of mother board?????

Please help .... I just bought an Asus P4C800-E Deluxe mother board and hooked everything up but i can't get the sound to work. It wouldn't work through my case connectors or ste rear side connectors that come with the mother board I'm running xp pro and it's not anything really stupid like the volume isn't turnd up. I'm pretty sure i checked all the software pretty good. Any help appreciated. thx!!

Are you using the Boston Acoustic BA735 speakers?

If it is like my ASUS P4P800, you need to make sure that it is enabled in the BIOS. That might be the problem.
