IMHO you are asking quite a lot.

You can get a new i7 (3rd gen ) with 2GB dedicated graphics and 8 GB ram with 850$. Your configs are much lower and price is quite high compared to config.

700 is fairly priced. This is probably the cheapest platform you could find to run a 7970m. With all the Enduro issues, having a last gen machine to run the card is actually advantages because the switcheable graphic isn't supported, and you have it running at 100% utilisation full time. You might need to under volt it a little (10%) but it would definitely run. Any buyer interested should check out m15x section in notebookreview.

Of course it is not for someone who don't want to work on it a little. Free bump for a fellow m15x owner I myself got the same laptop and waiting for my 7970m to arrive.
