Fallout 3 problems

hello,, i have installed fallout 3 and as i got to the screen that says play and clicked on it, it said that the local component d3dx9_38 could not be found,, i have uninstalled and reinstalled, but it still does not work, can anyone plz help me???

Looks like you don't have the correct video card drivers installed. You need to install the correct video drivers for your video card.

A list of system specs would help. What video card are you using and what version of windows are you trying to run it on?

thanks, but i found out how to fix it,,,, i just needed to uistall a DLL file
