what is Base 64k Ram error?

i am using ASUS P4C800 mainboard.
when i trun on my PC it have 3 "beep"
i checked it mean Base 64k Ram error,is it right?

what is Base 64k Ram error?

how can i fix it?

If the length of the 3 beeps is the same and short then

Reseat the memory. If it still fails try good memory.
If you have two sticks of memory try using only one.

Did you make sure the memory you bought is compatible with that board?
