pro's and con's of AMD64 Boards

I've done the reading but am still not convinced so I pose the question to the board. Here are my needs but board do I want?
ability to overclock AMD64
3Gig's DDR400 Support
1000mps eithernet
good quality on-board sound 6.1-7.1

There are so many reviews out there some say MSI, others gigabyte, what do you think?
