Yes, I been playing it for about an hour and just open it after 3 weeks of having it in my game collection. At some point of the game, it's does get giggly.
Now, I've thought to myself that maybe it's the driver for the PhysX 9.09.1112 driver but it isn't that at all. Has to do with something in the game
But it continues to giggly at some points of game.
Have anyone lease had this issue

ATI 5850 1GB
4GB DDR3 1333
