Changing every button on a ps3 gamepad???

Hello,
how can i change the buttons on a sixaxis ps3 gamepad the way i want , like on the pc wher u can change every button......is there a program for the ps3 ?

You will have to assign bon commands per game through that indevidual games options screen.
