one long beep and then two short beeps

my comp will not boot after i exchanged my power supply.

instead of the original short beep, i hear one long beep and then two short beeps.

what does this mean?

any kind of help will be extremely helpful.

Video card error.
Check to see if it has a power connector. Reseat it.
